Someone is contacting our members to
inform them they had fraud on their account. They are attempting
to gain personal information. When the member will not discuss
their information they are given a call back number, this
is just to get off the phone; the numbers are fake. The voice
is foreign.
Please do not give out personal information over the phone, always know for certain
to whom your are speaking. If you are concerned about your account, call the
Credit Union at 318-681-4335.
